We have been involved with CHP projects since the 1980’s, when small containerised systems were first being introduced. Our experience ranges from large industrial systems in breweries, paper mills and hospitals, down to compact systems integrated into commercial buildings. We provide advice with regard to specification, procurement, carbon performance, control and management. One of the most important aspects of a CHP project is understanding how well the technology fits the heat and power demand patterns. We have extensive experience of modelling CHP system performance, including the evaluation of operating costs and incomes.
